What this charge is

DefensiveDrivingPlus is an online Texas defensive driving course. If you see a charge from DEFENSIVEDRIVINGPLUS (or a similar descriptor with our name), it's a one-time payment for the course — not a subscription. We do not auto-renew.

The charge may have been made by someone in your household using your card with permission. Other people sometimes pay for a family member's course.

If your card was used without your permission and no one in your household made this purchase, contact us at support@defensivedrivingplus.com right away. We'll refund the unauthorized charge and help you with any documentation your card issuer needs. Disputing through your bank often costs you the same outcome but slower.
