Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling. Here's how refunds work for the preview MVP.

Eligible for a full refund

• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
• You have completed fewer than 3 modules of the course.
• You have not yet generated a certificate.

Not eligible

• You have generated a certificate, even if you have not yet submitted it to your court.
• You have completed 3 or more modules and the 14-day window has passed.
• The court declined to accept defensive driving for your specific violation. (We strongly recommend confirming with your court before enrolling. See our Compliance Disclaimer.)

Add-ons

Optional add-ons (Instant Certificate Processing, Court Filing Assistance) are refundable up to the moment we begin processing them. Once processing has started, those add-ons are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Open a support ticket from the address on your account, with your order reference (it's in your receipt). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback. We can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the bank dispute process.
