Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident enrolling. Here's how refunds work for the preview MVP.

Eligible for a full refund

• You request the refund within 14 days of purchase.
• You have completed fewer than three modules of the course.
• You have not yet generated a certificate.

Not eligible

• You have generated a certificate, even if you have not yet submitted it to your court.
• You have completed three or more modules and the 14-day window has passed.
• The court declined to accept defensive driving for your specific violation. (We strongly recommend confirming with your court before enrolling — see our Compliance Disclaimer.)

Add-ons

Optional add-ons (Instant Certificate Processing, Court Filing Assistance) are refundable up to the moment we begin processing them. Once processing has started, those add-ons are non-refundable.

How to request a refund

Email support@defensivedrivingplus.com from the address on your account, with your order reference (it's in your receipt). Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.

Disputes & chargebacks

Please contact us before initiating a card chargeback — we can almost always resolve issues directly and faster than the bank dispute process.
